20 New Images & A Motion Poster For The Wachowskis & Tom Tykwer's 'Cloud Atlas'

nullIt has been a whirlwind 48 hours for "Cloud Atlas." A couple of days ago The Wachowskis and Tom Tykwer’s ambitious film was announced as part of the stacked TIFF lineup, and just yesterday we got our first look at Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Ben Whishaw and Jim Broadbent in the film. But this morning brought the big enchilada: a massive, six-minute trailer for the movie that provides a huge, eye-opening look at the epic scope of the film. And there's even more.

Twenty new images from the movie have landed, along with a motion poster, giving us a closer look at many of the cast members in their various multiple roles, in a story jumps through time, showing that our souls are connected or something. Undoubtedly, the filmmakers didn't spare any details, and this looks like one expansive world we're going to see on the big screen. But with the film running nearly three hours (164 minutes), will it be too much? Is this the directors' "Southland Tales" or their masterpiece? We'll soon find out.

“Cloud Atlas” makes it world premiere at TIFF and will open over a month later on October 26th. Check out the images below.[Bleeding Cool/Rope Of Silicon]nullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnull
