'A Good Day To Die Hard' Gets An Explosive Poster & A Featurette To Explain Who Jai Courtney Is

Yipee ki-yay mother Russia! Yes, you've likely read the dumb tagline on the teaser poster and now the real poster has arrived for "Die Hard 5," aka "A Good Day To Die Hard." In this fifth installment of the chronicles of super cop John McClane (played by Bruce Willis of course), the Detective Lieutenant's nose for trouble leads him to Russia, only this time, it's with his estranged son played by Jai Courtney. What happens? Well they get caught in the crossfire of a terrorist plot of course and it'll take father and son to show the Russkies how we shut'er down in Americuh.

What's a Jai Courtney? Good thing you asked. He's a relatively unknown Australian actor — don't worry, he does a decent American accent — and since Fox wants to make sure you're not unprepared, they've given you this handy featurette so you're not taken aback by the younger, handsomer version of Bruce Willis who popped out of nowhere into this series. Are they going to hand the torch to him later on once Willis is too old to credibly take on action leads? Who knows, but surely Fox will be keeping on eye on his test screening scores.

Co-starring Cole Hauser, Sebastian Koch, Yuliya Snigir, Megalyn Echikunwoke and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Lucy McClane, get your love in order as "A Good Day To Die Hard" opens up appropriately on Valentines Day 2013. [EW]
