‘Halloween Kills’: John Carpenter Calls The Upcoming Sequel “The Ultimate Slasher”

John Carpenter is many things. He’s one of the best filmmakers to ever live (I’ll argue this to my dying day). He’s someone that revolutionized the horror genre. Because let’s be real, horror sequels, in general, don’t have a strong track record, and when you take into account the declining returns seen in the “Halloween” franchise with each sequel, fans are just hoping for the best.
