There are few movies coming this fall that are as ambitious as The Wachowskis and Tom Tykwer's "Cloud Atlas." Featuring an all-star cast in multiple roles, in a story set across numerous time periods, touching a half-dozen different genres all amidst a sprawling narrative, few films are going as far out on the ledge as this one. And it's getting even bigger.
Warner Bros. has gone about digitally remastering the film for IMAX, to enhance the experience of the film which travels back to the past and far into the future. Of course, even trying to summarize the movie in this brief amount of space is largely pointless, but we'll just remind you that it stars Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, Hugh Grant, Ben Whishaw, Susan Sarandon, Jim Sturgess and more, but the one people will be talking about? Doona Bae. She plays a key role in the future timeline and arguably gives the most memorable turn of anyone in the picture.
"Cloud Atlas" opens on October 26th. Check out the banners and TV spot below.
