Diane Keaton Out, Annette Bening In For 'The Look Of Love'; Robin Williams Also Joins

nullGiven the film was first announced over a year ago, it's not much of a surprise that there has been a casting change on "The Look Of Love." But perhaps more surprising is that most everyone else has stayed on board.

Hollywood.com has learned that Annette Bening has replaced Diane Keaton in "The Look Of Love," and more, Robin Williams has also come aboard. The new comedy-drama from writer-director Arie Posin ("The Chumscrubber"), will find Bening playing Nikki, a woman who falls in love with a man (Ed Harris) who bears an uncanny resemblance to her late husband. No word yet on Williams' role. Believe it or not, it's coming on seven years since Posin made a few waves with 'Chumscrubber.' We're glad to see him making his return, and he's certainly got an ace cast lined up for his next effort.

For Bening, it's yet another gig reflecting a work ethic that is the polar opposite to that of her husband Warren Beatty. On the way she's got "Imogene" with Kristen Wiig, and Sally Potter's 1960s revolutionary drama "Bomb" and the Catherine The Great film appropriately titled "The Great" also on deck. Her work of late has been great (her turn in the uneven "Mother & Child" is remarkable) so we'll be eager to see this one gear up, and we hope it does soon.
