If you were ask anybody what their favorite summer movie was in these dog days of August, many would answer "Mad Max: Fury Road." In fact, it’s hard to find someone who didn’t like George Miller‘s high octane, white knuckled action pic, and even the folks at Screen Junkies, delivering another entry in their Honest Trailers series, have to give it up for the blockbuster.

Describing the movie as a "two hour game of ‘Mario Kart‘ from hell," this video points out that while Tom Hardy‘s Mad Max may be the film’s titular protagonist, he pretty much plays the grunty second fiddle to Charlize Theron‘s ass-kicking Furiosa. While the Screen Junkies crew admits that the plot is pretty threadbare, they are totally right when they counter that sentiment with: "Who cares when the action looks like this," cutting directly to some of the film’s spectacular shots. So, strap in and get reminded of why ‘Fury Road’ delivers some of the viscerally thrilling times at the movie so far this year.
