If you needed any further evidence that from late August onwards you’re going to be faced with a crush of movies to choose from, here’s a reminder that Robert Zemeckis‘ “Allied” is also coming.
People has unveiled the first look at Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard in the WWII romantic thriller that follows intelligence officer Max Vatan, who in 1942 North Africa encounters French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Reunited in London, their relationship is threatened by the extreme pressures of the war, but certainly not by being very, very attractive-looking together.
Co-starring Lizzy Caplan and Matthew Goode, “Allied” arrives on November 23rd.
