Perhaps suggesting two of the oldest nominees are the frontrunners is a mistake, but “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’s” Tony Shalhoub is beloved by the Television Academy and a three time winner. We think that “Barry’s” Henry Winkler is going to pull it out though. He’s a classic television legend who was first nominated 42 years ago and has never won. It’s almost too perfect for voters to pass up (plus, he’s pretty incredible in a show that got much more Emmy support than expected). [Updated July 16]
