“Veronica Mars” is back. Back for the second time, actually. Well, if you want to get technical, it’s the third time, but whatever. In the trailer for “Veronica Mars” Season 4, years have gone by and the once-teenaged PI is now a grown woman running her own investigation business. There’s no denying that “Veronica Mars” has a cult following of dedicated fans. They’re responsible for the aforementioned film that was partially funded through one of the biggest Kickstarters ever seen, at the time. “Veronica Mars” Season 4 debuts on Hulu on July 26.

Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the family of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.
