Tyrion Lannister and Khal Drogo are teaming up in a new action film. Well, Peter Dinklage and Jason Momoa are not playing their “Game of Thrones” counterparts in the new project, though it would be fun. This time, instead of hanging out with the Mother of Dragons, the duo is going to play a vampire hunter and vampire, respectively, in the film “Good Bad & Undead.”
According to Deadline, Dinklage and Momoa have signed on to star in the vampire action film, “Good Bad & Undead,” which is set to be directed by Max Barbakow and written by Mark Swift and Damian Shannon. The film tells the story of the latest Van Helsing (Dinklage) in a long line of vampire hunters that run a scam with his undead, vampire friend (Momoa) where he goes town to town ridding the location of its vampire threat. That all changes when the vampire actually has a bounty on his head and has to team with his buddy to survive.

As mentioned, this isn’t the first time that the two actors starred in the same project, as both are alums of HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” But since then, Momoa has gone off to become a superhero in the WB franchise, “Aquaman,” and will next be seen in Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming sci-fi epic, “Dune.” Dinklage has been seen in the films “I Think We’re Alone Now” and “Avengers: Infinity War.” But obviously, everyone remembers his from his long-running, Emmy-winning role on the aforementioned ‘Thrones.’
“Good Bad & Undead” comes from filmmaker Barbakow, who has had a pretty incredible 2020 already. He’s the filmmaker behind the Sundance breakout hit, “Palm Springs,” which stars Andy Samberg and Cristin Milioti and had its rights purchased by NEON and Hulu for the insane price of $22 million, a record-breaking number.
There’s no word on when “Good Bad & Undead” might arrive in theaters, but with this star power, we’re expecting that it’ll be in production sooner rather than later.
