Grant Heslov’s comedy about a top-secret wing of the U.S. military, “The Men Who Stare At Goats” starring George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Jeff Bridges and Kevin Spacey, hits theaters this Friday, November 6 and we’ve got a little giveaway treat for you. We’re giving away two prizes.
-1. One prize pack with the soundtrack, a poster and a book (the poster looks much like the soundtrack art we have pictured here, fyi)
-2. A runner up prize of just the soundtrack.
The soundtrack composed by Rolfe Kent, comes out today (November 3) and you buy the album digitally on ITunes.
As per usual, to win, you can simply email us the answer to this trivia question: who wrote the non-fiction book that this black comedy is based upon?
Update: Contest closed. First two correct responses win the two prizes in order of whoever responds first, but you must be within the U.S. or Canada. Bonne chance. Here’s a bit more info on the soundtrack and film if you’re unfamiliar with it.
The Men Who Stare At Goats (Original Soundtrack), the score from the new Overture Films dark comedy starring George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges will be available at all digital retailers on November 3, 2009. The score is composed by Rolfe Kent, a Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominated composer best known for his work on Sideways, Reign Over Me, Thank You For Smoking, 17 Again, Mean Girls, Legally Blond and Wedding Crashers. Kent’s score for The Men Who Stare At Goats compliments the film’s quirky plot line, which chronicles the story of a reporter who follows the story of a secret psychic military unit whose leader has gone missing. The film will be in theaters nationwide on November 6, 2009.
