With a surprise screening at the Sundance Film Festival, and a debut of the uncut first part at the Berlin Film Festival next month, it’s safe to say Lars von Trier‘s “Nymphomaniac” is still one of the most talked about movies of the year. And here’s yet another look at the movie to get you talking.
A brand new trailer for “Nymphomaniac Part Two” has dropped online, serving up a plethora of new footage, and rest assured, it’s SFW (no nudity, but still people getting tied up and spanked). Jumping through the narrative from past to present, while also presenting a fantasy sequence and a closing montage set to the The Talking Heads‘ “Burning Down The House,” this isn’t quite the mindfuck of the red band spot, but it’s still plenty titillating (sorry). Yep, bondage, threeways and stuff on fire all factor into the spot, or otherwise, it’s your regular Lars von Trier joint.
“Nymphomaniac: Part One” opens in theaters on March 21, 2014, and will be available On Demand starting March 6, 2014. “Nymphomaniac: Part Two” will open in theaters on April 18, 2014 and will be available On Demand as of April 3, 2014. Watch below.
