No, it wasn’t hyperbole to call this an annual trailer because the first trailer for “Bad Trip” arrived back in June 2019. The next trailer hit YouTube in March 2020. And now, a full year after that, we’re getting the third trailer for the film that has been the subject of massive delays due to COVID-19.
As mentioned, “Bad Trip” is a hidden camera prank film, in the same vein as the “Jackass” films and “Bad Grandpa.” The film stars Eric Andre, Lil Rel Howery, and Tiffany Haddish as they act out these pranks opposite real people who don’t know what the hell is actually going on. “Bad Trip” is directed by Kitao Sakurai, who worked extensively with Andre on the actor’s “Eric Andre Show.”
“Bad Trip” finally hits Netflix on March 26. You can watch the latest trailer below.
