Each year, the Sundance Film Festival premieres a wealth of movies, and some—like this year’s Oscar contenders "Whiplash" and "Boyhood"—explode into bigger and better things. Others, like the low-key "Memphis," which hit Park City in January last year, need a bit more space to find their groove.
