Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Rose Byrne and Elisabeth Moss (TV’s “Mad Men”) have found their way into the Russell Brand led comedy “Get Him To The Greek” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The trio join Brand and Jonah Hill in the Nicholas Stoller-helmed, Judd Apatow-produced film which is a spin-off for Brand’s Aldous Snow character from “Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The story is set to follow a record company intern (Hill) as he babysits relapsed musician (Brand) from London to a gig at the Greek Theatre in L.A.
Moss is set to for the lead female role in the film as the repressed girlfriend of Hill who also is a doctor. Combs, meanwhile, will play Hill’s boss and Byrne will reportedly play the ‘Courtney Love-esque’ rocker ex-girlfriend of Snow, a role that was previously linked to Emily Blunt.
‘Greek’ is due out sometime in 2010 and is set to begin principal photography imminently. Scenes for the film, though, have been shot as early as the MTV Movie Awards last year.
