Discover The Deeper Truth In Trailer For 'Westworld' Season Finale 'The Bicameral Man'

The good news is that Westworld” has been renewed by HBO for a second season, but the bad news is that you might be waiting until 2018 for all new episodes.

Speaking with EW, HBO’s programming president Casey Bloys prepared fans for the long wait, explaining that the massive scope of the show, and the fact that its still being written, as the reason why “Westworld” fans will be waiting longer than usual for more.

“My suspicion is sometime in 2018 because of how big the world is and what goes into shooting it. So I don’t have a date exactly — they’re going to have to map it out and write the scripts — but my guess is sometime in ‘18,” he explained.

That’s a bit of a bummer, but all the more reason to savor the season finale, “The Bicameral Man,” when it airs next Sunday.
