Do You Copy? Sandra Bullock Floats Alone In Another 2-Minute Clip From 'Gravity'

Here’s hoping that Warner Bros. is selling the sizzle and not the steak. We’re still a couple of months from “Gravity” hitting theaters, but with bows at Venice and TIFF on the horizon, the marketing machine is starting to churn for the film. In case you missed, late last night a single take scene formed the basis of a new trailer for the movie, and another long take teaser has arrived.

Entitled “Drifting,” the sequence finds Sandra Bullock alone in the vast reaches of space, thousands of miles from Earth, spinning and desperately trying to make contact with Houston… or anybody really. Depending on who you are, this is either totally bracing and riveting stuff, or totally hilarious viewed out of context. The internet can’t seem to decide, though early footage shown to nerds at Comic-Con last weekend left some almost wetting themselves, but then again, it doesn’t take much for that crowd.
