Evan Rachel Wood, Vince Vaughn, Sam Rockwell & Peter Dinklage To Star In 'A Case Of You' Written By Justin Long

Evan Rachel Wood Receiving his big break in the 2001 Victor Salva-helmed “Jeepers Creepers,” actor Justin Long has since made a name of his dopey brand of humor in comedies like “Accepted” and “Dodgeball,” while also mixing it up with supporting roles in genre fare like “Drag Me To Hell” and “Live Free or Die Hard.” Though it’s Long’s next role that may serve as a major profile upgrade on the actor’s resume if all goes accordingly.

Variety reports that Long will be writing-producing-starring in “A Case of You,” the Kat Coiro-helmed romantic comedy set to star Evan Rachel Wood and Peter Dinklage as well. The story sounds like your typical romantic comedy, with Long playing a writer who embellishes his profile for a girl he meets online, only to have to try and live up to the high standards he’s set for himself in real life when she begins to fall for him. Keir O'Donnell and Busy Phillips also feature. Via tweet last night, Evan Rachael Wood confirmed “A Case of You” will include the talents of Sam Rockwell, and Vince Vaughn as well. It looks as if “A Case of You” is shaping up to be a fine ensemble comedy, which elevates this potentially rote rom-com onto our list of anticipated films.

No word on when this will release, but it certainly seems as if Long and Wood’s slates are clear for the moment and Dinklage just wrapped production on “Game of Thrones” season two, so we’re guessing it could be relatively soon that this one heads into production.
