We’ve been throwing superlatives at Denis Villeneuve‘s "Sicario" all year, and it’s hardly a surprise the white-knuckle, nerve-jangling thriller landed in the number two slot of our 20 Best Films Of 2015. At every level, the movie is executed with a high level of proficiency, and no element of the production is left as an afterthought.
