In case you were wondering, yes, the Air Sex World Championship is real. As you might guess from the name, it’s a competition that started as a parody of a similar Air Guitar event, until it turned into a beast all its own. It’s a pretty quirky and unique happening, and co-writer and director Bryan Poser has figured it’s a good setting for a comedy.
Starring Ashley Bell, Zach Cregger, Sara Paxton, Michael Stahl-David, Addison Timlin, Justin Arnold and Martin Allman, “Love & Air Sex” follows the lovelorn Stan to Austin where he hopes to find his ex-girlfriend, while his best friend Jeff is going through a breakup with Kara. In this clip we get to meet the two men having problems with the women in their life, while also hearing the awesomly profane names of the Air Sex performers in the background.
