The English-language debut from "Persepolis" director Marjane Satrapi, the movie centers on Jerry, an ordinary, charming guy, who is also a little bit lonely. With the help of his court-appointed psychiatrist, he pursues his office crush. But things take a dark turn when he gets stood-up on a date, and with guidance from his talking dog and cat, he must decide on the next, possibly bloody path to take.
