Exclusive: 'I Love You, Man' Soundtrack Features Beck, Vampire Weekend, Santigold, Plus Paul Rudd and Jason Segel Performing Rush

Brom-com, “I Love You, Man” starring bff’s Paul Rudd and Jason Segel has itself a soundtrack and its coming out March 17 via Lakeshore records.

Indie-centric in its flavor, the soundtrack features cuts by Beck’s “Soul Of A Man,” from Modern Guilt, Vampire Weekend’s popular Paul Simon-ish hit, “Oxford Comma” (the one with the Wes Anderson-inspired video), Santogold Santigold’s “Lights Out” and tracks by the Black Keys, The Cars and Canadian power-rock trio Rush who have a cameo in the film.

But, featured on the soundtrack are two versions of Rush’s “Limelight,” including one sung and performed by Paul Rudd and Jason Segel. That’s kinda prog-rock hotness.

You can hear more tracks on the soundtrack’s Myspace and Facebook pages. “I Love You, Man” hits theaters March 20 via Paramount and will debut at the 2009 SXSW Film Festival a few days earlier.
