Stephen Graham is the kind of character actor who is always a pleasure to see on screen. From roles in projects as varying as "Boardwalk Empire," "This Is England," and the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" films, his presence always brings a distinct energy. But in the upcoming "Hyena," he practically leaps off the screen.
Directed by Gerard Johnson, the story follows Michael Logan (Peter Ferdinando), a corrupt, coke-addled cop, but he’s a bad lieutenant with a conscience. After years of dodging the same laws he was assigned to uphold, Michael suddenly finds himself trying to change while safeguarding a young Albanian woman from the sex trade. And part of that will mean teaming up with an old police adversary, David Knight (Stephen Graham). As you’ll see, he has his own intense methods of getting the job done.
