With “False Positive” arriving on Hulu this week, we’re thrilled to give our readers an exclusive look at a behind-the-scenes featurette where Lee and star Ilana Glazer break down the complexity of their new thriller. “False Positive” tells the story of a privileged white couple who become pregnant and begin to experience some creepy happenings as a result.

Joining Glazer in the cast are Justin Theroux, Pierce Brosnan, Sophia Bush, Gretchen Mol, Josh Hamilton, Lucy Walters, Sabina Gadecki, Kelly AuCoin, Taylor Ortega, Francesca Faridany, and Zainab Jah.
