First Clip From Danny Boyle's Aron Ralston Survival Tale '127 Hours'

Here’s the first look clip from Danny Boyle’s upcoming survival story based on the story of self-amputee Aron Ralston during his encounter with the Utah mountains.

The pic has been earning rave reviews from its run at the Telluride and Toronto Film Festivals with our own TIFF review calling it “deeply humane, rawly felt and astonishingly executed,” “a thrilling, life affirming survival tale” and simply “one of the best films of the year.”

The production features two cinematographers in Enrique Chediak and Anthony Dod Mantle; James Franco in the lead and a supporting cast including Lizzy Caplan, Clémence Poésy, Kate Mara and Amber Tamblyn, along with a script and score by Boyle’s ‘Slumdog’ collaborators Simon Beaufoy and A.R. Rahman.

Excited enough yet? “127 Hours” will hit theaters on November 5th. Clip below.
