First Look At January Jones In 'X-Men First Class'; Laurence Belcher Cast As Young Xavier

Bad precedent. Now do we have to post a picture of EVERY actor in “X-Men: First Class”? Good god, let’s hope not. To keep it brief. Here’s your first look at January Jones as Emma Frost The White Queen in Matthew Vaughn’s “X-Men: First Class” which is currently shooting in the U.K. It looks like she’s playing a kitten-ish villain in a 1960s James Bond film getting set for a skiing trip and given what producer Bryan Singer already said about the film (that the film is in the ’60s and would have Bond-like elements to it)… well, it all seems to be going down like he said it would (guys, no need for a thrilling ski sequence/Bond homage, Nolan already did that in “Inception”).

Additionally, Bleeding Cool says child actor Laurence Belcher has signed on to play the young Xavier that is played by James McAvoy later in the movie (we guess this kid gets about five minutes of screentime in flashbacks). We won’t pretend to know who this kid is, but apparently he was in “Messengers 2: The Scarecrow” and “The Shadow Within.” Lastly, an “official” logo spotted on Wikipedia has been making the rounds purporting to be the real deal. Let’s face it, it’s probably fan made, but we included it here for shits and giggles. The picture also stars Michael Fassbender, Kevin Bacon, Oliver Platt Rose Byrne and many more and it’s scheduled to hit theaters June 3, 2011.
