Not yet convinced that “The Dark Knight” is going to be grim as shit? How about this quote from old guard TV Batman Adam West, who has seen parts of the new film (he probably means the trailer, but he’s getting senile) and in attempting to diss the film basically says it’s everything that modern audiences want to see.
“They’re dark, gothic, sinister, full of explosions,” West said of the new Batman movies, as if that were a pejorative. Still not convinced?
