Here’s the trailer for “Good” starring Viggo Mortensen. In the film, Mortensen plays a liberal German professor whose moral cowardice leads to his involvement with the Nazi war machine and Auschwitz. Maybe they’ll be trailers out soon unless they were out there while we were gone.
The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and scored pre-buzz, but afterwards all talk was muted or non-existent. The film has no release date yet, and by now we’re sure we can expect a 2009 date. And to think, at one point, we thought fall 2008 might’ve been the season of Viggo. It didn’t happen; not even close.
