Is New Leaked Radiohead Song A 'New Moon' Track? Band Keeps Mum

As pretty much every Radiohead fan on earth knows by now, a new track, “These Are My Twisted Words,” leaked on to the web around 24-ish hours ago. It sounds unfinished and unmastered, or at least let’s hope so, because it’s certainly not their brightest hour (now the “Harry Patch” song, that’s something).

What’s the track from? Many speculate it could be of two origins: the band’s forthcoming EP entitled Wall of Ice or it could be the song that leading man, Thom Yorke has been tapped to write for the next installment of the Twilight series, “New Moon.” However, the song definitely appears to be all of Radiohead and as previously reported, and as far as anyone knows, it was just Yorke that sold his neck to the vampires.

So what’s the word? Music supervisors for “New Moon,” as well as reps for Radiohead are keeping totally silent. Is that the new non-denial denial technique? A Thom Yorke solo song would sound different, no? Who knows. In any case, “Twilight” fans seem to be enthusiastic about the prospect of the song being included in “New Moon” but we can’t say the same for Radiohead fans who are sacrificing their synthesizers to the Music Gods as we speak.
