“The Sister Brothers” is based on Patrick DeWitt’s novel of the same name. Set in Oregon in 1851, the story centers on two brothers who are hired to kill a prospector who has stolen from their boss. No word on who is playing who, but our guess is Phoenix and Gyllenhaal as the siblings and Reilly as their boss.
