Josh Brolin and Matthew McConaughey are both eyeing the lead role opposite Hilary Swank in the upcoming drama “Dreams Of A Dying Heart.”
Deadline reports that the film will find Swank playing “a soldier who returns home after a tour of duty only to witness strange goings on.” That logline is pretty vague, but the team behind the film is pure awards season talent. The film was written by Shawn Lawrence Otto (“House Of Sand And Fog”) and it will mark his directorial debut. Killer Films (“Boys Don’t Cry”) is producing.
Production on the film is set to begin in October.
