Leafy Paw Prints Cover New Poster For Cameron Crowe's 'We Bought A Zoo'

A movie about animals, with a score by eunuch voiced Sigur Ros frontman Jonsi, arriving smack dab in the holiday season? Yeah, "We Bought A Zoo" is aiming to warm your cockles and if you need more proof, this brand new poster should tell you all you need to know.

Made up of paw prints acting as leaves on an illustrated poster, with a cute little red kite flying up above, Cameron Crowe's latest may be his most family friendly movie to date. Or maybe, his only framily friendly movie to date. The pic of course stars Matt Damon, as a new single dad who deserves to honor the memory of his late wife by buying a house that has the added feature of a zoo, and move his family in. Romance and giraffes ensue. A pretty solid supporting cast are on board as well with Scarlett Johansson, Elle Fanning, Patrick Fugit, Thomas Haden Church and more helping to weave the story. We're hoping Crowe can nail the balance here and doesn't strive too boldly into "Marley & Me" territory, but we're remaining hopeful about the next effort from the far too long absent director.

"We Bought A Zoo" will give you something to do with the grandparents when it opens on Christmas Day.
