'Megamind' Soundtrack Features Elvis Presley, George Thorogood & Lots Of Hans Zimmer

Megamind” will hit theaters next month, giving parents a new option to take their kids to and is pretty much guaranteed to be a hit considering the currently barren selection of kids’ flicks at the box office (and no, “Secretariat” doesn’t count; kids don’t want to see Olds in weird clothes talking to horses).

But before the film comes out, the soundtrack will hit stores and it’s largely made up of the score by Hans Zimmer and Lorne Balfe. But it’s not all going to be strings and horns, the set is rounded out by some standard, popular tunes like “Bad To The Bone” by George Thorogood & The Destroyers, “Lovin’ You” by Maya Rudolph‘s Mom, Minnie Ripperton and the overplayed Junkie XL remix of Elvis Presley‘s “A Little Less Conversation.”

The soundtrack will hit stores and digital outlets on November 2nd, a few days before the film lands in theaters on November 5th. Full tracklisting after the jump:
