New Trailer For AMC's Foodie Drama 'Feed The Beast' Starring David Schwimmer & Jim Sturgess

Who would’ve thought that David Schwimmer would be a television talking point this year? The actor turned in a surprisingly moving performance as Robert Kardashian in FX‘s way better than expected “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.” And now the former “Friends” star hits the small screen again this summer, leading the new AMC series “Feed The Beast.”

From the creators of “Nurse Jackie” and “Dexter,” the show will feature co-star Jim Sturgess, and will follow a widowed, single parent sommelier who teams with his bad boy best bud to open a restaurant in the Bronx. But some uneasy alliances are made, including one with a local mobster, so a few eggs are going to have to get cracked to get it right. The new trailer reveals a show that’s a bit…stiff…but let’s just hope that’s a poorly cut promo, and the finished result is stronger.

“Feed The Beast” debuts on June 5th. Check out the new trailer and a couple more promos below.
