No Snitches: Hip-Hop Documentary Reminds Us Death of Jam Master Jay Murder Will Never Be Solved?

Yeah, well, seems like hip-hop related murders are never resolved, even despite some recent events in the case. “2 Turntables And A Microphone” is a new doc that will look back at the legendary RUN DMC turntabalist and producer Jam Master Jay. The film which features appearances by Russell Simmons, Reverend Run, Jay-Z, LL Cool J and 50 Cent will have its world premiere as the opening night film of the 2008 Hollywood Black Film Festival Tuesday, June 3 ; the festival runs June 3–8. Pour one out and yeah, we’d love to see the case resolved, but pardon our cynicsm (see Biggie, Tupac, et al). [via Daily Swarm]
