The “Notorious” biopic — or at least bad apples at the screenings, are doing little to dispel the notion that violence and hip-hop are part and parcel. A man was shot on opening night on Friday in North Carolina and lead actor Jamal Woodward was allegedly there. To make matter worse, four people were stabbed at a “Notorious” after party. Oliver Stone says he has enough footage for “two documentaries” about nutty, outspoken and controversial Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. “The film’s about the spirit of the changes in South America,” Stone told The Associated Press. “It’s to capture the spirit of this thing, which frankly is huge. … There is something going on here, and it’s outside the IMF, it’s outside American control — that’s what interests me.” Chavez made international headlines in 2006 when he publicly condemned George W.
