The “WandaVision” finale has been released and we all know how it ends. (If you haven’t watched the last episode, definitely do that before reading the rest of this, as spoilers are coming…) And though we do get a definite conclusion in regards to the overall story, it wouldn’t be a Marvel Studios production without a few teases and leftovers that point to potential stories down the line, right? Well, if those plans include Paul Bettany and Kathryn Hahn, the actors are totally ready and willing to return.
Speaking to Esquire, Paul Bettany, who played dual Visions in the finale, is completely excited about the possibility of returning to the MCU. In the “WandaVision” finale, it’s revealed that the White Vision has been given his memories back, leading him to fly away from Westview as fast as he could, disappearing for the rest of the episode. So, will we see White Vision in the future? Bettany isn’t sure, but he’s ready.
“I love Vision. Yes, I’m in,” he said about the possibility of playing the character “forever.”

Though it was always assumed that Paul Bettany’s Vision would have some sort of potential future in the MCU, fewer fans were optimistic about Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness surviving the finale. Marvel Studios has a penchant for killing off the villains at the end of the story, but for Harkness, the story ends with the witch being forced to live out her “nosy neighbor” role in Westview permanently, with no memory of her evil past.
And according to a New York Times interview with Hahn, though the possibility is open for Harkness to return to the MCU, she’s unsure if it’ll happen.
“I have no idea. They keep it really tight,” said Hahn about the possibility of returning as Agatha Harkness in the future. “I want to. Now that I have a taste of it, I’m like, ahh. I really, really love it.”
As for the character’s suburban sitcom fate?

“I actually don’t think, ultimately, that she minds it,” said Hahn. “She needed to rest for a hot second. She’s been very restless. I think she was very lonely, for a very, very long time. She loves having the companionship — loves the mailman, loves Ralph, loves Dottie. For the moment, I think she’s actually OK to just loosen the corset and sit and have a muffin and a latte.”
Until we see (or don’t see) Hahn return as Harkness, you can relive the story of “WandaVision” now on Disney+.
