LOL. Like this is going to change anything. Obviously Terrence Howard was uncerimoniously replaced by Don Cheadle for “Iron Man 2,” and the news came as a surprise to Howard himself. Geeks wept, fans of the movies like us shook our heads in disappointment, but in the end we all moved on. Well, some of us did anyhow. Uber nerdlingers have started a petition.
“Are you a fan?” they ask. “If so you should be OUTRAGED at Marvel.”
“Terrence is being taken for a ride and it’s not in this—>,” they point out to the War Machine outfit his character James Rhodes is supposed to eventually wear in the series.
“Marvel is under the impression that just any person can play Col. James “Rhodey” Rhodes. They are sadly mistaken.”
Oh, really? Or are you sadly, sadly deluded beyond words? Still nerds on the Internet are always amusing and in this case, evenly cutely naive. This probably registered as a minor blip on the Marvel screen as execs smoked cigars and counted their “Iron Man” savings for hiring a new actor. “Huh? What was that?” “What?
