Ray Stevenson Will Vex America's Favorite Serial Killer In The Next Season Of 'Dexter'

nullIn the world of “Dexter,” where the protagonist is a serial killer, the term "bad guy" is kind of relative. But regardless, Dexter has come up against a fair few of them throughout the show's six seasons. Still going strong over on Showtime, "Dexter" is now gearing up for its seventh season (while the eighth has also already been commissioned) and has lined up a solid name to play that season’s big baddie.

The man in question is Ray Stevenson, and he’ll be playing the head of a Russian crime syndicate in a multi-episode arc next season. And if you ask us, a man who has played a Musketeer, a friend of Thor, The Punisher and Titus Pullo is probably going to present somewhat of a physical threat to our favorite serial killer.

Season six left off (SPOILER ALERT) with Dexter being caught red-handed committing a murder in a church by his sister (through adoption) Deb, leading the murderer to proclaim “Oh God.” We’ll find out how that resolves itself, and how this Russian crime syndicate will come into play when the seventh season premiers on September 30th.
