Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Won't Attend The 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' Premiere At The Rome Film Festival

nullIt's a bit of good news/bad news for Italian Robsten fans. The good news: the epic conclusion to the vampire story of our time, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2" will make its world premiere at the Rome Film Festival. The bad news? Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won't be there. That red carpet just shed a single tear. But is this a sign the 'Breaking Dawn — Part 2' press jaunt will have significantly less participation by its two leads as they work their relationship out? While the studio has insisted plans will go forth as planned, one wonders…

Anyway, the festival's Alice In The City sidebar unveiled their youth-oriented lineup ahead of the official festival slate which will come on Wednesday. The programming mostly includes a foreign film-heavy list as you might expect, but Disney will also be using the fest for the international premiere of their video game movie "Wreck-It-Ralph." Meanwhile, Warner Bros. will be showing off footage from what they hope will be their own "Twilight"-esque franchise, "Beautiful Creatures."

These movies join the previously announced "Bullet To The Head" in making their way to Rome with a number of high-profile (and longshot) titles rumored including: "Django Unchained," "Playing For Keeps," Gus Van Sant's "Promised Land," Tom Hooper's "Les Miserables" and more. We'll find out soon. The Rome Film Festival runs from November 9-17. [THR]
