Featuring twelve tracks, including Wilco's sunny "Heavy Metal Drummer" cut from their celebrated 2001 album Yankee Hotel Foxtrot,  the soundtrack features a seminal electro song from the pioneer of disco Giorgio Moroder ("Baby Blue"), plus songs by ambient electro-folk post-rocker The One Am Radio (and a cut under his real name Hrishikesh Hirway), lush bliss-pop band Houses, R&B comeback story Charles BradleyWolfbird, Brooklyn-based synthpop trio Class Actress, L.A. soul revivalist Nick WaterhouseWhite Dress frontwoman Arum Rae and more.

Directed by Michael Mohan ("One Too Many Mornings"), "Save the Date" is a bittersweet comedy centered on two very different sisters (Caplan and Brie) and the various familial and romantic conflicts they have to face. We reviewed the picture at Sundance and called it an "endearing [film] that all rom-coms should aspire to." "Save the Date" arrives on VOD November 8th and hits theaters in limited release on December 14th.
