The third and final season of “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events” is set to hit Netflix in the coming weeks, and in honor of its impending release, we finally have a full look at the upcoming season that is going to wrap up all the loose ends and lead to the unfortunate conclusion.
The trailer serves as not only a sneak peek at the final season of the popular series, but also as a bit of a minor recap of the first two editions. The young children that we’ve grown to know and love in the series are entering their final adventure against the evil Count Olaf (Neil Patrick Harris) and helping them along the way is none other than a mysterious woman, played by new addition to the cast, Allison Williams. We can only assume her role is going to be entirely different than her previous roles on Lena Dunham’s “Girls” and as a psychopathic killer in “Get Out.”
Joining Williams and Harris in the cast are Max Greenfield, Lucy Punch, Tony Hale, Roger Bart and Robbie Amell.
The final season of “Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events” hits Netflix on January 1, 2019.
