Short Featurette From 'Greenberg,' Plus New Production Stills

Focus Features has posted a three-minute featurette on Noah Baumbach’s upcoming “Greenberg.” The video is called “Behind the Scenes: Brave At Our Age” and features both new footage from the set and film as well as scenes from the trailer, and interviews with the film’s cast, including Ben Stiller, Rhys Ifans, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Greta Gerwig. While not amounting to much more than a glorified trailer with some commentary from the cast, it’s still definitely worth a watch (embedded below) if you are at all interested in Baumbach’s new dramedy (which of course we are).

We wonder if some of the music featured in the video might be part of LCD Soundsystem main man James Murphy’s score, as Murphy has said previously that the score is nothing like his usual LCD Soundsystem work. It’s possible that the flamenco-styled vamp at the beginning of the video could be his work.. On the other hand, it also does sound like it could easily be a generic music bed that a studio would put in a featurette of this sort.

Focus has also released several production stills (one featured above) from “Greenberg,” many of which you’ve seen already. The film opens on March 26th in limited release.
