Spoilers & Spoilers: Kevin Feige & New International Trailer Threaten To Ruin Your 'Iron Man 3' Experience

nullMarvel Studios are usually pretty tight-lipped about spoilers in their movies, but recently they’ve been lifting the veil. Some fans complained recently that Marvel Chief Kevin Feige was revealing too many spoilers, but apparently the honcho said, these media reveals are not spoilers but “bonuses” (now that’s a fun spin). Well, if you want to know some of the goods about “Iron Man 3,” come on down, but if you’d rather go in blind, beware, spoilers abound.

For one, the cast has been pretty liberal about talking about some of these spoilers, sorry, bonuses. Here we go.

“There were talks of Pepper getting in the suit at the end of ‘Iron Man 2,’ but Marvel wasn’t ready to do it yet, Gwyneth Paltrow said in an interview. “I know Robert was really interested in having Pepper do more in this movie, and it was also a factor in me coming back and getting to do things that were a little bit more fun and different and a little bit more adventurous. It would’ve still been nice, but it would’ve been very much the same thing just to be buttoned-up Pepper, and in this movie there’s a whole different experience of her.”

So yeah, if it’s not clear already, Paltrow wears the suit in “Iron Man 3.” “I didn’t mind wearing the suit at all,” she said. “I thought it was light and perfectly comfortable and my children thought I was extremely cool. They were here on a day where I was in it, so they were trying it on and when my son saw me in the suit, he had the biggest eyes, so it was definitely worth it.”

Meanwhile, a new International TV spot for “Iron Man 3” has arrived and it shows us a peek at the same spoilers. If you want even more, Feige reveals little tidbits of the movie here, and Guy Pearce reveals some spoilers about his Aldrich Killian character in this interview with Marvel. Though “spoilers” are pretty relative and if you’re not a super nerd you may not really care so much. “Iron Man 3” also stars Robert Downey Jr., Rebecca Hall, Ben Kingsley, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Jon Favreau, James Badge Dale and many more. The Shane Black-directed film arrives in theaters on May 3rd.
