ChristineThere’s still more to take in from the Sundance Film Festival‘s big slate of upcoming movies, and as the event in Park City draws near, some images to take a look at.

"Afterschool" and "Simon Killer" director Antonio Campos is back with "Christine," pairing up Rebecca Hall and Michael C. Hall for a ’70s set, true story tale. ChristineMeanwhile, Nate Parker unveils "The Birth Of A Nation," and while not a remake of the D.W. Griffith film, I can only imagine it’s a counterpoint to that notorious movie. Armie Hammer, Jackie Earle Haley, Gabrielle Union, and more are along for the ride. Here’s the synopsis: Set against the antebellum South, this story follows Nat Turner, a literate slave and preacher, whose financially strained owner, Samuel Turner, accepts an offer to use Nat’s preaching to subdue unruly slaves. After witnessing countless atrocities against fellow slaves, Nat devises a plan to lead his people to freedom.

Sundance runs from January 21-31, 2016.
