At the end of the last season of “The Witcher,” Geralt finally met his destiny when his paths crossed with Ciri. Now that the pair will be traveling and working together in Season two, what misadventures await them?

Fans of the show will get answers to that question in time, but they’ll have to wait a bit. Netflix eyes a December 4th-quarter release date for “The Witcher” Season 2, as the show only wrapped production in April. However, the Netflix gears never cease to hum and turn so that the premiere date may come sooner in that quarter than later, especially with a couple of prequel projects for the show also on the horizon.

Henry Cavill, Freya Allan, and Anya Charlotta are already confirmed to be back for the new season, but many familiar faces are back as well. Joey Batey, MyAnna Buring, Lars Mikkelson, Royce Pierson, Mimi Ndiweni, Terence Maynard, Wilson Radjou-Pujlate, Lilly Cooper, Anna Schaffer, and Jeremy Crawford are all confirmed to return for season 2.
Tormund Giantsbane himself, Kristofer Hiuju, leads new cast members for this season. Others include Kim Bodnia, Agnas Bjorb, Yasan Atour, Paul Bullion, Mecia Simson, Aisha Fabienne Ross, and Thrue Ersted Rasmussen.
