Directed by German Kral, a protegé of Wim Wenders (who puts his executive producer stamp on the picture), the documentary concerns the world famous Juan Carlos Copes and María Nieves Rego, whose Broadway show "Tango Argentina" kicked off a sensation. But fireworks went off both onstage and behind-the-scenes, as the duo navigated a rocky marriage. "I would have done it all the same way, only without Juan," Regos says now. And Kral gets both on camera  separately for this film which details their life through interviews, dramatizations and dance, of course.

"Our Last Tango" will have its first public screening at TIFF on Saturday, September 12th. Watch below.
