So what happens when you become one of the hottest young actresses in Hollywood and an Oscar nominee? Those little indie films you that you’re probably not so proud of get picked up for distribution.
Back in December, indie distributors Paladin picked up Carey Mulligan’s other Sundance 2009 film, “The Greatest.” Starring Mulligan, Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon the film concerns a pregnant young girl whose boyfriend dies in a car crash, and the uneasy relationship she forges with his parents. The trailer has arrived and it looks like pretty treacly stuff. And what is the deal with Brosnan getting all these Dad roles suddenly?
“The Greatest” will hit theaters on April 2nd.
