What You Need To Know: Desiree Akhavan is having herself quite the year having already debuted her film “The Miseducation of Cameron Post” to raves and following up with her own original series, “The Bisexual.” A wonderful continual trend of exploring LGBTQ themes on larger platforms (she also directed the superb “Appropriate Behaviour”) “The Bisexual” also wins points for starring the always amazing and often under-appreciated Maxine Peake.

Synopsis: Park Chan-wook directs his first television drama series, with an adaptation of the John le Carré novel “The Little Drummer Girl.”

As expected, le Carré will up the ante on this spy thriller and audiences will be treated to an exciting ride.
