There’s just so much content coming to streaming platforms and TV screens nowadays that it’s basically impossible to keep up. And while the incredible amount of content definitely includes some real stinkers, there are truly some diamonds in the rough that deserve your attention, such as the upcoming limited series, “The Virtues.”
And with “The Virtues” arriving on the Topic streaming service this week, we are thrilled to offer our readers an exclusive clip from the hard-hitting drama. “The Virtues” tells the story of a man that is dealing with the sudden departure of his 9-year-old son that is taken away by his ex and moves to Australia. This drives the man to Ireland, where he hopes to confront the demons of his past.
As seen in the clip, though the series is a drama that deals with all sorts of dark subjects, there’s some humor peppered in that will keep you entertained. This is just part of the appeal of the series, which not only deals with family drama but also has a ton of heart.
The series stars Stephen Graham, Niamh Algar, Helen Behan, Frank Laverty, Mark O’Halloran, Aisling Glenholmes, Conor Mcenaney, Zach Humston, Lee Pepper, Eva McMahon, David McSavage, and John Burke.
